Payments & Payouts

Where payments are enabled within software products developed by Fifty Four Limited:

Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment service providers

Payouts are made directly by payment providers in accordance with their own schedules and policies
For certain use cases (such as event-based services), payment providers may delay settlement until after service delivery

Fifty Four Limited:

does not operate a wallet
does not store monetary value
does not hold or escrow customer funds
does not provide money transmission services

Any fees charged by Fifty Four Limited relate solely to the provision of software and platform services.

Acceptable Use Policy

Use of software products developed or operated by Fifty Four Limited must comply with applicable laws and these standards. The following activities are not permitted: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors; sexual content involving minors; grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage minors in sexual or exploitative activity; prostitution, escorting, or facilitation of sexual services, including advertising, booking, or payment coordination; human trafficking or exploitation of any kind; terrorism content or support for violent extremism; threats, incitement to violence, or glorification of violence; hate content targeting protected groups; harassment, stalking, intimidation, doxing, blackmail, extortion, or non-consensual sharing of private or intimate information; fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, account takeover attempts, or deceptive practices; money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the platform to conceal or facilitate illicit funds; use of the platform to evade or breach applicable sanctions laws or to transact with sanctioned or restricted individuals, entities, or jurisdictions; offering regulated financial services, investment products, securities, derivatives, or payment services without appropriate licensing or authorization; gambling, betting, or games of chance unless fully licensed and explicitly approved; sale or distribution of illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, stolen goods, or counterfeit goods; distribution of malware, spyware, or malicious code; attempts to compromise platform security, interfere with infrastructure, disrupt other users, or engage in automated abuse; and infringement of intellectual property rights. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, and cooperation with lawful requests where required.

Fifty Four Limited maintains reporting and enforcement processes to address harmful or prohibited activity.

Users may report content or conduct

Accounts may be restricted or suspended for policy violations

Refunds & Disputes

Subscription services may be cancelled in accordance with stated terms
Digital access is generally non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law
Event-related services may be refunded if cancelled by the provider

Chargebacks and disputes are handled through the relevant payment service provider. Fifty Four Limited may assist by providing platform records where appropriate.
